Some of the key responsibilities handled by him include, successfully converting the project from development to operation with required initial business set up, developing operations team to manage different services of the IT Parks efficiently, and implementing ISO standards certifications for the company etc.

Rama Murthy is responsible for devising business development strategies, forging strategic alliances, establishing high level contacts in the industry and overseeing the overall business development operations of the company. He aims to help the company to transform from an idea to a fully fledged IT SEZ with a working population of 25,000 and 3 million Sft of high quality office space.

Rama Murthy’s contribution to the society is also immense. He has actively contributed through forums such as APIIC – IALA as executive committee member, Madhapur; Security Council, Cyberabad as one of the founder members; IFMA (International Facility Management Association), PMI (Project Management Institute) and Greenpeace India.

He is a strong and decisive operations leader with excellent analytical, organizational, team building and planning skills. He strives to maintain an uncompromising focus on high quality standards and bottom-line profit improvement.

  • Chief Operations Officer and Head of Commercial development, Cybercity Builders & Developers, Hyderabad for initial planning of IT SEZ along with Residential development and 5 Star Hotel with Convention Center.
  • Head of Property Management for US based Company Tishman Spear India, WaveRock, an APIIC IT/ITES SEZ, Hyderabad Managing an ongoing project with initial space of about 0.7 m IT office and 1.4 m Non IT/ Facilities
